Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At ZOVEL JEWELS, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver beautiful, high-quality jewellery and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

1. Returns

We accept return requests for products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from their description.
Please report any such issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Products must be unused and returned with their original packaging, tags and accessories, where applicable.
Returns for a change of mind are not accepted unless expressly approved by ZOVEL JEWELS.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be processed to the Coupon Code, wherever possible.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for eligible damaged, defective or incorrect products, subject to availability.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling or improper care.
Products showing wear and tear after use.
Products returned without their original packaging, where applicable.

These exclusions do not affect your rights regarding defective, incorrect or misrepresented products under applicable law.

5. Return Shipping

If the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, ZOVEL JEWELS will arrange or cover the reasonable return shipping cost. For other approved returns, shipping costs will be communicated in advance.
